POM Clear - Power Clense Diet Review (SCAM)

Review by Monica Steadman (Sr. Editor)

Many people are reporting rebilling issues as well as additional charges to their credit card for products they did not order. I have seen complains of $39-$49 of additional charges. This wouldn't be so much of a problem if you could cancel.

There in lies the problem. Getting PomClear on the phone is near impossible. And even if you send everything back within the allotted amount of time, chances are you won't get your money back in quite some time, if at all.

We urge you to avoid this company at all costs.

This is not a good product. The trial offer is a fake and they charge your credit card immediately. It is not easy to get ahold of the company for complaints. The number to call is 1-888-692-8352.

This ia a ripoff and I’m Damn mad. I received items I did not order and was charged for them and then again less than a month after. I’ve tried to call and email and can’t get a response. I’m gonna leave comments like this all over the internet unless I get my refund. This company sucks and I’m not the only mad customer.

The law states that you do not need to return or pay for any items sent to you that were not ordered. They are yours at no cost to you. If it was ordered by a credit card, you should cancel your card and have them issue you another card so further orders will not be sent or charged to you. Then you file a formal complaint with your credit card company rejecting the fraudulent charges on your account. At which time they will send you paper work for you to fill out to document the event. They will in turn, investigate the company, and most likely credit your card for unauthorized charges. It is allot of work, but worth the effort to stop this company, and possibly subject them to a huge lawsuit for illegal and unethical business practices.

I, too, got stuck by this company in AZ, but after trying to rectify it by phone with them which is impossible, contacted my PA state attorney general, the FL state attorney general and the AZ state attorney general too and copied the company on all the letters. Suddenly, I was issued a refund. I like the product, and can get it elsewhere without all the hassle. I was told by AZ that they are under investigation and with other states involved, I’m sure they won’t be around long.

I was billed for items I did not order so when I called to complain and have the orders cancelled, the rep handling my call actually hung up on me claiming I was being rude. I’d like to know what she, or everyone else working for this fraudulent company would do if someone billed their credit cards for items they didn’t order.
