A recent study done at UCLA concluded that Pomegranate Juice is one of the healthiest fruit juices there is available. This is largely due to the high potency of antioxidants. Other top fruit juices include: Concord Grape juice, Cranberry juice, Black Cherry juice, and others.
But as expected Pomegranate came out on top as the healthiest fruit juice you can drink today. Pomegranate was awarded the top position for having the highest concentration of antixodants, the ability to help fight some forms of cancer, and all the heart benefits of pomegranate.
One thing to keep in mind is that all juices contain high amounts of sugar. For this reason, you should not consume large amounts of pomegranate juice if you are trying to lose weight. Even if a product is labeled with "No Sugar Added" or a similar tag line, does not mean the juice is already naturally sugary.
