If you buy the regular juice at a regular store, NONE. It’s processed and has sugar added and is made from concentrate. If you buy the organic kind with NO sugard added and NOT made from concentrate, you will very soon learn it is very tangy and you may only be able to drink 8oz. a day if that. Which is plenty but if you wan to go all out, costco sells a great product where you get the value of 15 pomegranates in one fluid oz. I love that stuff.
