My father bought this Cranberry with Pomegranate juice to try over the weekend. He tried it and says it's way too sweet or something, reminds him of jelly! Is there any good drink to mix with it, like ginger ale or something? Just wondering, any answer appreciated.
Seltzer water. or just a splash of it for color in sprite. Maybe you can use it to glaze a ham. put it into a yellow cake mix in place of 1/2 the water.

Sparkling water would be a good one
I like to drink my cranberry juice with club soda. It adds fizz and dilutes it a bit.
Try Mineral Water I do this all the time with all sorts of fruit juices. Way better for you than a soda.
Sprite or if you can drink alcohol try some champagne.
